LGA is working with Spectrum Properties to help introduce Charlotte’s newest signature building, 300 South Tryon, a 25-story office tower that is already garnering accolades as a premier corporate location.
Recently the LGA PR team hosted a “sneak peek” media tour showcasing the upscale office space, panoramic views and adjacent boutique hotel. The tower will serve as the global headquarters for asset management firm Barings, another LGA client for whom we orchestrated a comprehensive rebrand earlier this year. Barings will occupy the top third of the 300 South Tryon tower when it opens in the summer of 2017.
Media coverage also highlighted the building’s premium location in the heart of uptown and its proximity to financial services and corporate leadership, as well as entertainment and green space. The Charlotte Business Journal captured highlights in a photo spread, keeping people up-to-date on the progress of construction.
Coverage in The Charlotte Observer and the Charlotte Agenda also detailed the amenities of the 217-room boutique hotel being developed by Kimpton, which will feature a ceremonial staircase, meeting space, fitness center, signature restaurant, and a large indoor / outdoor rooftop bar overlooking BB&T Ballpark and 5-acre Romare Bearden Park.
In the new year, as construction cranes come down and the building becomes more accessible, the team will highlight the possibilities and flexibility of the available office space as well as design elements of the building: white marble, glazed glass, 10-foot ceilings and bold specialty lighting illuminating the tower’s exterior. 300 South Tryon will be a new fixture on the Charlotte skyline, but LGA is already working to make sure it’s top of mind throughout the Queen City and beyond.
